The conventional methods of non-invasive estimation of pressure distribution in the cardiovascular flow domain use the differential form of governing equations. This study evaluates the advantages of using the integral form of the equations in these calculations. The concepts provided with the Boundary Element Method (BEM) together with the boundary-based image segmentation tools are used to develop a fast calculation method. Boundary-based segmentation provides BEM with domain pixel extraction, boundary meshing, wall normal vector calculation, and accurate calculation of boundary element length. The integral form of the governing equations are reviewed in detail and the analytic value of integral constants at singular points are provided. The pressure data on boundary nodes are calculated to obtain the pressure data at every point in the domain. Therefore, the calculation of domain pressure could be considered as a post-processing procedure, which is an advantage of this approach. Both the differential and integral-based formulations are evaluated using mathematical Couette test flow image whose pressure domain is available. The resulting pressure distributions from both methods will be compared. According to the results obtained from this study, the use of BEM for estimating pressure values from a non-invasive flow image has the following advantages: reduced computational domain from two to one dimension, flexible calculation of pressure data at arbitrary points or at finer spatial resolutions, robustness against noise, less concern for its stability and compatibility, accuracy, and lower meshing attempts.}, keywords = {Pressure-Poisson equation,Medical flow imaging,Pressure estimation,boundary element method,Computational methods,PC-MRI,Boundary-based segmentation}, title_fa = {تخمین میدان فشار از تصاویر PC-MRI از شکل انتگرالی معادلات حاکم با کمک اسپلاینهای جدا ساز میدان}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق از روش اجزای مرزی محدود (BEM) برای استخراج توزیع فشار در تصویر دو بعدی جریان خون استفاده شده است. روشهای مرسوم برای تخمین غیرتهاجمی توزیع فشار در میدان جریان قلبی-عروقی از شکل دیفرانسیلی معادلات حاکم استفاده می‌کنند. در این مقاله محاسبه میدان فشار از داده‌های سرعت با شکل انتگرالی معادلات حاکم و استفاده از جداسازی ناحیه جریان در تصاویر به کمک یکی از روشهای رایج جداسازی تصاویر یعنی اسپلاین‌ها1 گسترش یافته است. این روش جداسازی به‌خاطر تامین سلولهای تصویر، قِسم بندی اجزای مرزی، محاسبه بردار نرمال سطحی و محاسبه دقیق طول اجزای مرزی، سهولتهایی در محاسبات اجزای مرزی فراهم می‌سازد. شکل انتگرالی معادلات حاکم به تفصیل بحث شده است. برای شرایط تصویر بهینه شده و برای شرایط تکینه ثابتهای انتگرال‌گیری مربوطه ارائه شدند. ابتدا فشار در نودهای مرزی محاسبه شده و برای تامین مقادیر فشار در نقاط مختلف داخل میدان تصویر مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. محاسبه توزیع فشار در داخل میدان به‌صورت یک مرحله پس پردازش با این روش مطرح است. برای ارزیابی دقت این روش نسبت به روشهای رایج محاسباتی، نتایج دو روش حل دیفرانسیلی و حل انتگرالی در یک میدان ریاضی جریان سیال لزج با توزیع فشار مشخص آزمایش شد. بر اساس این مطالعه، BEM برای تخمین مقدار فشار از تصاویر جریان خصوصیات زیر را فراهم می‌سازد: میدان محاسباتی را از دو بعد به یک بعد کاهش می‌دهد، امکان محاسبه توزیع فشار در نقاط دلخواه میدان تصویر با درجه تفکیک‌پذیری بالاتر فراهم می‌سازد، در برابر همهمه2 مقاوم است، ملاحظات کمتری برای بررسی پایداری و سازگاری در آن لازم است، دقیق بوده و ملاحظات شبکه بندی کمتری نیاز دارد}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://jame.iut.ac.ir/article_2209.html}, eprint = {https://jame.iut.ac.ir/article_2209_06c9e440e84a78e0adc8927867f2164e.pdf} }
