In this research, silica particles were synthesized by Sol-gel procedure and their physical properties were studied by means of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA). Effect of structural modifiers on the morphology and diameter of Nano-particles was investigated. In addition, the reaction was carried out in the presence of ultrasonic waves in periods of 10, 30 and 60 minutes and the effect of these waves on different stages of reaction was studied by means of SEM. Finally, in this research, spherical particles of 50 to 80 nanometer sizes were synthesized and characterized. They can be very useful hosts for lanthanide complexes that can be used in drug delivery systems, radiotherapy, photoluminescence applications and manufacturing of special lasers. Also, different amounts of Lanthanum Nitrate hexahydrate were added to the mixture during the creation of Nano-particles. Then, Simulated Body Fluid (SBF) was produced for the study of ability of the Nanostructures in regulated delivery of drugs such as Lanthanides, and releasing of Lanthanides in 10 minute periods for 80 h was studied. Lanthanide concentration in SBF was also studied by means of Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). According to the results of ICP, loaded Lanthanide was not released from the silica network. Loaded Lanthanides in the mesopores can be used in radiation, especially in cases of liver cancer.}, keywords = {silica,Modifier,Sol-gel,morphology,ultrasonic waves}, title_fa = {کاربرد اصلاح کننده های ساختاری و امواج اولتراسونیک در نانو ساختار های سیلیسی : سنتز و شناسایی}, abstract_fa = {در سال های اخیر استفاده از روش سل- ژل، برای سنتز آزمایشگاهی و صننعتی نانو ساختار ها و به خصوص نانو ذرات سیلیسی موارد استفاده زیادی پیدا کرده است. در این تحقیق، ذرات سیلیکاتی با استفاده از روش سل- ژل سنتز شدند و خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی آنها با استفاده از SEM مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تأثیر اصلاح کننده های ساختاری بر اندازه و مورفولوژی نانو ذرات سنتز شده مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. همچنین، واکنش در حضور امواج التراسونیک در زمان های 10، 30 و 60 دقیقه انجام شد و تأثیر این امواج بر مراحل مختلف واکنش، توسط SEM، TEM و TGA بررسی شد. در نهایت با شرایط بهینه ذراتی کروی با اندازه 50 تا 80 نانومتر سنتز و شناسایی شد و مقادیر متفاوتی از نمک نیترات لانتانیوم شش آبه در حین واکنش تشکیل نانو ذرات، به مواد اولیه افزوده شد. سپس برای بررسی توانایی این نانو ساختار ها در رهایش کنترل شده دارو هایی مانند لانتانیومید ها، بافر شبیه سازی شده بدن،SBF تهیه شد و رهایش لانتانیومید ها در فواصل زمانی 10 دقیقه ای به مدت 80 ساعت و غلظت لانتانیومید آزاد شده توسط ICP بررسی شد. طبق نتایج به دست آمده از ICP، لانتانیومید بار گذاری شده از درون شبکه سیلیسی رها نشد. لانتانیومید های بار گذاری شده در این مزوپورها را می توان برای رادیو تراپی مخصوصاً در مورد سرطان کبد مورد استفاده قرار داد.}, keywords_fa = {سیلیکا,اصلاح کننده,سل- ژل,مورفولوژی,اولتراسونیک}, url = {https://jame.iut.ac.ir/article_2269.html}, eprint = {https://jame.iut.ac.ir/article_2269_aa4787a9570e3c806e01711cf86e5c48.pdf} }
